- 60g almonds
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g. sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia)
- 120g dates
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp tahini
STEP 1: Grind the almonds and mixed seeds finely until they start to become buttery. Chop up dates and add to the blender together with all the remaining ingredients. Add more almond butter if it is too dry; the mixture should clump together when pressed, but not become too sticky.
STEP 2: Press into a flat layer, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and cut into squares. Alternatively, shape into small balls.
In theory, you can keep these in the fridge for a week… but how likely is that…?! 😀
