Chocolate Fudge Truffles with a Secret Ingredient


  • 120g cooked pumpkin (pumpkin puree)
  • 120g soft/ melted nut butter e.g. cashew, hazelnut, coconut
  • 60g soft dates
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt


STEP 1: Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

STEP 2: Press the mixture into a mould lined with parchment paper (or small chocolate moulds), about 1-1.5 cm thick.

STEP 3: Refrigerate until it is firm, then take out of the mold and cut into small cubes. Store in the fridge. Decorate by covering in cocoa powder before serving.
